Whether you’re a homeowner looking to insure your house and its precious contents, or a renter wanting to protect your valued possessions, our policies offer full comprehensive coverage against all major perils such as Fire, Theft, Flood, Hurricane, Earthquake and much more.
In addition to the standard items covered, this policy provides coverage for items that you may overlook when assessing of your possessions for insurance purposes. For example, treasured possessions such as personal keepsakes, pots and pans, clothing and shoes, electronics and appliances, furniture, pools, solar systems, and gates and fences are just some of the items which can be covered.
Reinstatement value on buildings:
The amount your home is insured for should represent the replacement cost, which is calculated at today’s current rebuilding cost for your home. This includes all related structures such as garages, outbuildings, patios, terraces, walls, fences and gates, outdoor tanks, swimming pools, tennis courts etc.
Replacement cost on contents:
The sum your contents are insured for should represent their current replacement value without deduction for wear and tear or betterment. If you are properly covered, this will represent the cost of upgraded, current models rather than the value of the used model. This applies to household furniture appliances, audio and video equipment, computers, pictures and art, and personal effects including clothing, and jewelry; all subject to policy limits for specific valuable items.
Put your home in our trusted hands with a fully tailored and comprehensive home protection policy.

Mortgage Indemnity Guarantee
A Mortgage Indemnity Guarantee is an insurance policy that protects lenders if the mortgage repayments cease for some reason, perhaps due to death or a homeowner being made redundant at work. Although the Borrower (Home Owner) is expected to pay the premium, Mortgage Indemnity is NOT insurance protecting the borrower but is there to reduce the lender’s losses as a result of mortgage default.
